Can I use the app if I have irregular income or gig work?
Yes. The app works with variable or irregular income by tracking your cashflow patterns, not just fixed salaries. It can help you track and forecast your spending to help you spend smarter.

Does the app work outside the UK?
Currently, it is designed for UK users. Some features may not be available elsewhere.

Do I need to link all my accounts to get value from the app?
You’ll get insights even if you connect one account, but linking more accounts gives a fuller picture and better guidance.

How does the app connect to my bank account?
It uses secure Open Banking connections, authorised by the FCA, with your consent.

Can I connect more than one bank or credit card?
Yes, you can connect multiple accounts for a complete view of your finances. You can also invite your partner to get a full view of your household.

What happens if my bank isn’t supported?
The Open Banking infrastructure covers over 98% of bank accounts. You can still use the app if your bank isn’t supported, but some insights may be limited until your bank is added.

How often is my account data updated?
Data is refreshed several times a day, so your information stays current.

Is my financial data encrypted and secure?
Yes. The app uses bank-level encryption, GDPR protections, and secure servers.

Can anyone at the company see my personal transactions?
No. Access is read-only and controlled by strict permissions. Staff cannot see individual transactions.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Your consent is revoked, and data is removed in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

Do you share my information with third parties?
No data is shared without your explicit permission.
